We’re a chill, clean, and respectful household. We enjoy being social, but also value our own downtime. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a quiet, comfortable living environment and is mindful of shared spaces. Single women, female-identifying, or non-binary individuals preferred. + Private lot parking: $50/month covered OR $35/month uncovered
