Looking for a responsible and clean individual to rent room available for immediate move in. Single Male preferred but open to anyone. You must be ok with dogs and cats as we do have both and be LGBTQ+ friendly. The rent is $1200 per month with a $1200 deposit due upon move in. Utilities are included and there is off street parking available as well as free laundry on.
