Roommate For my Friend (M)!

I will be moving out of my apartment october 1st to live by myself and am looking for a roommate for my current roommate, David! He’s pretty clean for a guy, usually keeps to himself and his gaming, and never intrudes on your space. we have been friends for years so i know him very well! He also has a kitten so if you’re not into pets… yeah! Rent is $908 and currently he pays electric while I pay water ($65) and internet ($85) so that is what you would be responsible for! The lease ends in august 1st of 2027. Lots of free parking, in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, fire place, tennis court, gym, car vacuums! Move in fees will likely be $350.
