One person only without mail guests or pets. Coin laundry and street parking at alamitos ave and anaheim st in downtown Long Beach near alamitos beach next to Douglas MacArthur park and mark Twain library. Must be clean and respectful. There is a ceiling fan and window in the room. $200 deposit for 28 day notice in writing of intent to vacate. ID required to sign contract and pay every 28 days to stay. We are STR with city of Long Beach but can stay month to month. BCB Carts on the map in LBC has my iPhone number as I guess unable to message on this.
