We have one very large double available now in our 3 Bed/2.5 Bath townhouse. The double is upstairs and has its own restroom. Rent is Month-to-Month at $1950. Also upstairs is a separate.5 bath, kitchen, and living room. Security Deposit is an additional months rent and utilities are not included. The House is located at the base of Western Drive and a 2 minute walk from an 18 and 20 Rte Bus stop. We’re also just as close to a farmer's market that happens on weekends. Street parking is available. Currently there are three tenants living here, one male working and two females one working, one student. This place is quiet and not a party house, but having small gatherings is fine. No Smoking and No pets
