I am 58 you’re old. I am looking to rent a room. Preferably from private home. I can pay 1000.00 a month. I can present bank statements as well. I receive a stipend from my parents estate as well. I work part time looking for full time work. I am quiet and clean. I can not be on a lease because of working part time I had to take out a loan. Thank you
