In unit washer dryer and dishwasher. Rent is 725 a month, all utilities included aside from Electric. Looking for someone to move in ASAP. Security deposit is 1,088 (725 + half a month of rent) and covers all of September, 630+ credit score and leasing insurance required. Lease runs from September 2026 to August 2027.
