Female Roommate Wanted

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my townhouse.
The available room is on the main floor of the townhouse with an attached bathroom. My room is on the second floor also with an attached bath so both of us would have plenty of privacy. Additional perks:
- Loft / flex space that is not currently being used but would work great as a home office.
- Garage parking space
- Tons of extra storage in the oversized garage and unfinished basement (great for outdoor gear, tools, bikes, furniture, etc.)
- Well-behaved pets welcome with a small pet fee
- Flexible lease options available (4-month minimum) The location is incredible — near North Table Mountain with walkable access to tons of foothill trails and conveniently located almost exactly between downtown Denver and downtown Boulder, making commuting to either super manageable. A little about me: I’m a 31-year-old engineer and the only other person living in the house. I also have a friendly 4-year-old cattle dog (see photos). Background check required.
