Looking for a reliable roommate with decent credit! I am moving into my own apartment and we are trying to find my replacement on the lease at my current residence by early to late October which is when the room will be ready! My name is Alyssa and my current roommate is named Grant (43yr old male) who has one dog who is super sweet! He is very easy going, friendly, clean, and reliable. It is a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath, fenced in backyard, full kitchen (dishwasher, garbage disposal, icemaker in fridge), driveway with carport (available if you own a vehicle), large back porch with a grill, and a detached garage with plenty of extra storage. Potential roommate will need to be willing to pay $750 for rent/utilities, and things likes streaming services (prime, Netflix, Hulu, cinemax, etc.), internet, lawn care, garbage removal, are provided at no cost!!
