Nice bedroom in a 3-bedroom Boca Raton townhouse — centrally located, 3 miles from I-95 and 3 miles from the Turnpike. It's just you and me living here (plus my small, quiet old dog who doesn't bark). I'm a quiet, neat, clean-living person — no drinking, smoking, or drugs — relaxed, friendly, and considerate. I go to church on Sundays and don't have many visitors. I'm looking for someone equally kind, clean, and considerate who wants a peaceful place to live. The townhouse is 2,500 square feet (about twice the size of most apartments), with a bright, open living room featuring 20-foot ceilings, lots of windows, and lake views. There's a $5,000 massage chair and a movie screen in the living room, though I mostly stick to my room or office. Your room is 10' x 12', unfurnished, large enough for a queen bed, dresser, and desk, with a private full bathroom (shower and tub) and two closets — one in the room, one just outside it. The middle bedroom between us is used as an office (no one lives in it), so there's good distance and a long hallway between our rooms for extra privacy and quiet. Additional features: Nice kitchen, 4-car driveway plus a 2-car garage, and close proximity to Whole Foods, shopping, and restaurants.
