Room with Own Bathroom in House

Brand new, 2-story home. In a gated community with all new build. Parking spot available in the garage as well as community parking spots right next to the house. Gated community has lots of small walking areas 1st floor has an open living room and sizable kitchen. And a half bath. All brand new appliances. Also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer The room is a nice size, carpeted with a walk in closet. The bathroom w/bathtub is right across from the room. There is an extra dresser if needed for the room I am the only other roommate. I work from home and enjoy a quiet, calm environment. I travel a lot so I won’t be around too often. I like to cook and have lots of snacks for the house. I also have a guinea pig who is always caged.
