Looking for a roommate

Hello, I am looking for a roommate to move into my spare room rent is 850$ CAD per month you wouldnt pay utilities and there is internet included. Smoking only outside. Bed, desk, night tables are included. Has a decent sized closet and a sliding glass door with access to a small backyard. Looking for someone preferably not a huge party person and is respectful of shared living areas. Starting october 1st.
