Renting out my second bedroom in my home. You’ll have your own bathroom, but it is the guest bathroom as well. Rooms are in opposite sides of house, so you’ll have privacy. There is a full/queen bed in the room already, but can be removed before moving in! Walk in closet with shelving. 420 friendly!
Utilities and wifi included in rent. First month’s and a $300 security deposit due at move in.
