Room in quiet, beautiful, safe area

Hi,
me and two women working in healthcare, non-smokers, are looking to fill a room that's becoming vacant. Rooms are nice and clean with new furniture (can be removed) located in family friendly, beautiful and quiet Lake Hills area. House is well cared for, safe (security cameras outside), quiet, and clean, as we're looking for a housemate who is looking for the same and helps keeping the place that way - we have trashcans, vacuum cleaner, Swiffer - all new. We respect each other's privacy and are busy adults with our own lives, keeping to ourselves, yet occasionally we help each other with small things. There are 2 quality bathroo[REDACTED]ew toilet seat, towel hooks, etc) with showers, new large hot water heater to never run out of hot water, a kitchen with new appliances, and large front loading washer and dryer. There are 2 entrances from the street that lead to a recessed area with the front entrance, making it more quiet and giving it a homey feeling, with trees and plants surrounding the area, making it very nice to sit outside and relax. There are also 3 parks close by, about 5-10 minutes walk; very low traffic, why you see families with kids / strollers, joggers, cyclists, etc We are big on security because we're not always home, covering front entrance, driveway, and street areas; entrance and inside locks are all electronic with palm/finger recognition and number code; room locks and bathroom all have a privacy feature that prevents them from being opened from the outside. There are 2 entrances from the street to a lower level front door surrounded by greenery with beautiful flowers everywhere, in a neighborhood also with lots of greenery and flowers, parks, and little traffic. There are 2 bus stops right around the corner, another 2 for a different bus line about 10 minutes walk; there's one spot for a car in the driveway, and the house is on a street corner, so there's lots of street parking available also. Straightforward application, no fees.
