Need somewhere to rent.

Hi! I’ll be starting school in Miramar during the second half of October and I’m looking for a room, efficiency, or affordable place to rent for approximately 18 months. I have stable VA income and will also be working/looking for part-time employment while attending school. I’m clean, responsible, respectful, and looking for a quiet, safe place. I’m on a tight budget, so I’m mainly looking for something affordable and am open to discussing flexible pricing for the right place. Preferably in Miramar or nearby areas.
