2 Spaces, Clean, lux, pets!

Hello! I have a 4 bed 3.5 bath home and it's just me. Please take a look at the pics. Most of the "stuff" will be gone before move-in date, so pay no attention to that. I can furnish your space, or you can bring your own. Price includes all utilities (except EV charging which is extra $100/mo). I am looking for 2 renters. Renters can be couples, so max of 4 people total. There are 3 options:
1) main bedroom with on-suite bathroom and walk in closet
2) two spare bedrooms with a private bathroom
3) finished basement open space to make it your own with private entrance Pets? My home has a fenced-in yard; pets welcome but will need to do a meet with mine first. I have 2 cats and 1 dig... and a litter robot! Parking? I have gated, 2 covered spots available. EV charging ready in the garage spot (tesla or traditional). On-street parking too, for visitors. Perks! Peletin treadmill access, home is fully solar, garden beds available, lots of shared space. Visitors welcome. I encourage you to come see the place in person, and to see if we vibe, as well be living together 😁 I am very social and my only rules are: is treat me as I treat you, respect my home to the same standard as you entered it, and if my cats get out you have to retrieve them 🤣. I work 4 days in the office 8-5, & 1 day at home. I also Instacart on the weekends so I'm not home much. I can be as social as you like. I do not party at the house. I am settled in for the night and sleeping by 11pm. I don't care if you smoke weed, but not in the house. You can puff puff on the front porch. Absolutely no cigarette smokers at all.
