There are also two living rooms inside of the home one main one upstairs and one smaller one downstairs. My former roommate had her own mini refrigerator downstairs in her bedroom which made it so much easier for her so you can set it up how you prefer. Bedroom is a really good size, it's actually bigger than a standard size bedroom. Looking for someone who is CLEAN, QUIET, RESPONSIBLE, CAN FOLLOW RULES, AND PAY THEIR RENT ON TIME. RENT AMOUNT IS $900.00 PER MONTH AS LONG AS YOU ARE BEING CONSERVATIVE AND NOT OVER USING THINGS WHICH INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES SUCH AS POWER, WATER, GAS, HOA, TRASH, SEWER, AND WIFI.
FIRST MONTHS RENT REQUIRED AT MOVE IN.
