This would be on an official 12 month leasing contract with the apartment complex, I'm looking for someone to sign with me as my current roommate is moving out, majority of The furnished items you see will not be there during the move in date, The room you'll be in will also be completely empty at the time of move in so you can have your own furnished items in there.
