i'm looking for someone takeover my lease. it's a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a large living room, kitchen and balcony.
Lease details:
rent: $1694
utilities: $100-$200 permonth depending on usage lease runs trough April 2027 (renewal option available)
NO DEPOSIT required to be added to lease, I'll pay it Standard application required (credit, income verification, background check)
