Hello! I’m looking to find someone to replace me in a current long term lease. Minimum of a year. I am moving so need to find someone to replace me. It is a 4 bed, 3 bad house in Irvine, Ca. It is a furnished room, and the deposit will be waived! The deposit is waived because I will be leaving my deposit behind to cover yours. The rent is $982. The monthly utility is about $110
