Looking for a Large Room

I am a single mother with one daughter aged 12, looking to rent a room. We will share it. Very neat, clean and respectful. I am in and out as my daughter plays hockey. I am a retired teacher, and I have my own online personal mentorship business. I like to get out for walks, I laugh a lot and enjoy music. I have my own furniture. We are easy to get along with and my daughter is well behaved and polite.
