Looking for roomate

Lookin for roomates to share house, nice home 3 floors, 3 living rooms two full bathrooms fenced in back yard. House is fully furnished each bedroom has mounted smart tv with all the apps,netflix, prime video, you tube,disney,etc. three bedrooms just newly painted. ( not professionally 🤫 ) located in a quiet neighborhood, 4 covered porches. One porch uncovered. Non smoking home, but 420 friendly as long as you don’t smoke in the house, Must be clean, tidy drug free and drama free.nice place to call home. Looking to share house with two roommates. Did have two roommates and it was great but now both are moving on to bigger and better things. one roomie moved out in beginning of June and other roomie is moving out on August 17th… So, 3 story Victorian, old house and all that comes with old house including the cold during winter and hot during summer It is not modern or perfect!! But nice place to live. two full bath, fenced in yard, off street parking, 4 bedrooms all on second floor. Split electric bill that’s it.. hope to hear from you. I am male, looking for Ferndale roomates have had experience with male roommates and sorry but will not do it again. Thanks for reading
