I’ve rented a 2br 2ba apartment in Costa Mesa. It’s across the street from Orange Coast College, and its only 15 min from UCI. I need a roommate to join me on the lease (utilities are not included in rent). The unit comes with 2 parking spaces, so we can both have one parking space, and has plenty of guest parking. The complex is really nice, the pool is very large and clean, and the fitness center is nice. You would have to apply through the apartment, and they require a background check, which includes a credit check.
