Looking for Female Roommate in UTC

Hi! I’m Nina, and I’m looking for a female roommate for myself and my 16-year-old sister. We’re based in Sarasota, and we’re hoping to move around October 1st when our current lease ends. I attend SCF, my sister is homeschooled, and we own and run a cleaning business together. We’re both busy with school and work and spend a lot of time studying at the library. We’re non-smokers, clean, respectful, and pretty easygoing. My sister and I share a bedroom, so we’re looking for a 2-bedroom apartment or home where our roommate would have their own room. My budget is around $1,200 for my share, with some flexibility for a master. I’m also open to finding a 3-bedroom and sharing the cost if it makes sense. We’re mainly looking in Sarasota and around UTC. I already have furniture, and a 12-month lease works for me. We’re okay with roommates having guests and people who work from home. We have two cats who would primarily stay in our room, although they can be in the shared spaces if the roommate is comfortable with them. I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and easygoing. I’d love to find someone who has their own routine but is also friendly and open to becoming friends and occasionally hanging out.
