Bright and spacious furnished bedroom available in a clean, quiet home in Brampton. The room is for one person and features a large window with plenty of natural light, a closet, a queen-size bed, two night tables, a small desk, and a TV. The washroom is shared with one female tenant, and the kitchen is also shared. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and take turns cleaning the washroom and helping with garbage, recycling, and compost. No parking and no overnight guests. We are looking for a respectful, responsible, and clean tenant who will treat the home with care. First and last month’s rent and proof of employment are required.
