Room for rent

My roommate is moving out so looking for someone to take over her end of the lease. Rent is 1550 and utilities are around 60. I have a dog, super well behaved. There is street parking which truly is not that bad, there is also parking right out back that you can pay monthy for. It has shared laundry in the basement. It comes with an office space as well. As for me, i am 24, female, and looking for someone who is also in their mid 20s to room with, i would prefer no other pets.
