Large, unfurnished or partially furnished room in cozy Midtown Tulsa home. Walking distance to Cherry St. Ample storage space inside the house and garage, laundry in the basement. Shared bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen, cute fenced backyard, parking in driveway or on street. I have two very sweet small dogs and can’t allow additional pets at this time. The ideal roomie will be open to contributing to the home by helping with light yard maintenance, taking out the trash, keeping shared spaces tidy, and maintaining a peaceful living environment. I’m a relatively quiet, low-key 50 y/o from the east coast who works partially from home in the nonprofit sector. I enjoy spending time outdoors, yoga, the gym, bike rides, live music, and good food. I would welcome a community-minded roomie who shares some of my values (like compassion, interdependence, and creativity) and likes to cook and share meals (not a must, but a plus!), doesn’t mind helping out a bit in the yard, and is willing to love on my dogs.
