Room Available in 2-Bed House – Finsbury Park Hey! We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely two-bedroom house in Finsbury Park. It’s currently just me and my boyfriend of 5 years, so we’re looking for someone friendly and easy-going to join us! 💷 Rent & bills • Rent: £858 per month
• Bills: around £143 per month, including water, gas, electricity & council tax
• Move-in: around 3rd October 🏡 About the house The house is fully detached and gated, so it feels private and secure. There’s a lovely open upstairs balcony, and the kitchen and living room are open-plan, creating a really spacious social area. The room has built-in wardrobes, and we can provide a bed and desk if needed. The house is fully furnished with a sofa, kitchen table, desk etc., but feel free to bring anything you’d like! 📍 The area • Finsbury Park – 5 mins
• Finsbury Park Station – 8 mins, with excellent Tube connections
• Independent shops & supermarkets nearby, lots of pubs, cafés & restaurants
• Multiple gyms nearby 👋 About us It’ll be myself and my boyfriend living here. We’re friendly, chilled and respectful, and we’re looking for someone with a similar vibe. We enjoy exploring local places, going out for food/drinks and having cosy nights in watching films. We’re not a loud house and really value having a calm, comfortable home. We’re happy to socialise and do things together, but also respect each other’s space and routines.
