Female Lease Takeover

My daughter is no longer returning to Ole Miss, and we are looking for someone to take over her lease at The Pearl at Oxford Commons (1 Pearl Place, Oxford, MS 38655). The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom unit with a private bedroom and bathroom. The two current roommates are friendly, respectful second-year Ole Miss students. Lease runs August 2026 through July 2027. Rent is $995/month. We are willing to help with the first month's rent for the right tenant
