Looking for a Roommate

I am looking for a roommate for October 1st. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house. $1,000 a month utilities include, the only extra is internet. I will be your roommate. Located in Greektown, steps away from Pape station, with food markets, all the banks you could need, dollarama and shoppers with in a 10 min walk. It is currently set up as a music studio but is a very large bedroom. First and last is required plus the usual checks. I am the leaseholder, roommate agreement to be signed. I am a 30 year old working professional, I have a side business and hobby of creating cosplay and anime related things A cat already lives in the house and does not get along with other animals, so unfortunately no free roam pets please. Ones that are caged are most likely fine. My cat is a very sweet girl to people, and will be your best friend! Hoping to find someone who is friendly, and clean, and like minded.
