• Fully fenced backyard with outdoor grill, covered patio, sun patio and a mini pool 🏠 I do reside in the master suite downstairs portion of the townhome and rarely go upstairs. I'm an active 52 yr. young professional female. I do have a small dog which is currently learning not to go upstairs. 🐶 Pets: • Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• NO cats & No creatures. 🚭 House Rules: No smoking upstairs or inside
• House is 420 friendly however.
• Must have reliable /steady income and be able to provide proof of income. Must have references. Must have your own vehicle ( no public transportation available in Smithfield).
