Small apartment complex with off and on street parking one of the only The apartment is a large ( 1200 sq feet) 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor with a private stair entrance and very small outdoor area. There is an washer and dryer. The bedroom is large enough for a queen size bed large dresser night stand and small desk. There is one other large close toutside the room. A bike, camping equipment etc could be hung in the entry way. I have a cat myla.i work 40 hours a week currently not st home, but at some point will be working na k at home. All utilities are included-upgtaded internet, tv and 8 streaming apps. For those work virtually or like tv. Dogs would be on a conditional basis. No cats due to mine. I am dependable, have a decent carrerr, and very chill. looking for a person to someone who is respectful to space and time and communication to maintain a positive, happy space.
