Basement apartment with separate entrance. We get our own parking. 1 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms (I’m in one of the rooms). Full kitchen and living room area. Lots of cabinets and shelving space. The rest of the home is furnished, just not the bedroom. The landlord is awesome, we’re in a safe neighborhood, we’re super close to the SLCC campus and UTA Trax red line station.
