Private room (furnished/ unfurnished, your preference) near a park, with a separate living room for tenants. Shared living areas, kitchen and dining area kept tidy. Guest bathroom next to bedroom. Washer and Dryer available. I do have a well behaved dog who is part of the household, so a love for dogs is preferred. A private space in the backyard for residents is available. I am looking to rent two of the bedrooms, totaling three people, including myself. Wi-fi and water included, the remaining utilities are split. You’ll be living with friendly, respectful, and working individuals who value a clean, quiet, and comfortable home. Respect of privacy and cleanliness are essential. Short-term leases can be discussed.
