Hi, my name is Elle. I am retired living mostly in Panama. I have a furnished master bedroom with full private bath available in a furnished home in Garden City 4 miles from downtown Savannah. I currently have one renter, male with a small dog and a room I keep available for myself when I’m in town. Rent includes utilities and housekeeping service every two weeks. There’s a laundry room with washer and dryer, utility sink fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher. Dining room living room with TV and fireplace. Bedroom has a walk-in closet a full private bath with shower, blackout curtains, a small dresser and vanity/desk.
