Furnished private room available in my clean, comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in the Rock Hill/Fort Mill area. $900/month with utilities included! You’ll have full access to the kitchen, washer/dryer and shared living areas. plus additional storage space available in my garage. The community has great amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, outdoor grills, clubhouse, pool table/game area, movie theater and walking trails. I’m 42, friendly, easygoing and keep a clean home. I cook quite a bit and am always happy to share a meal! I have no pets and do not smoke. My youngest son stays with me a couple weekends a month. I’m looking for a clean, respectful and trustworthy roommate who wants a comfortable place to call home. I’m social and friendly but also respect personal space and privacy. The room is already furnished, so it would be especially convenient for someone relocating, traveling for work, or who doesn’t want the expense of furnishing another room.
