Short term rental(3 months/monthly)

Hello. I am currently job searching and don’t want to sign a full year lease in case I need to relocate for a future job. I unfortunately have no current proof of income, but I have a reliable third party that covers by rent. I have a high credit score and no previous evictions. I also have an emotional support dog and have a letter to prove she is. I am looking to move in as soon as possible.
