Hi! My name is KC. I’m a 48-year-old single woman currently selling my home, with closing scheduled for August 28. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable room to rent with an end-of-August move-in. A little about me: I’m an ophthalmic nurse with the VA and have been in healthcare for 26 years. I work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I enjoy cooking, singing, and occasionally going out on the weekends, but I’m mostly a homebody during the week. I’ve rented a room before, so I understand the importance of respecting someone’s home, privacy, and personal space. I have excellent credit, steady employment, and I’m looking for a comfortable living arrangement where everyone can feel at ease. Ideally, I’m looking for a nice-sized room in a non-smoking home with a private bathroom. I would prefer a quiet household with no more than one or two housemates. very social and love to cook.
