Looking for a room in the cities.

I am returning to the Twin Cities and looking for a room for rent or basement space. I don’t need much, primarily just a place to sleep with WiFi access. I am quiet and self-contained. I am a straight dude in my 40s if that matters. I have been a working writer for well over a decade. I am looking for somewhere safe and reasonable with good access to public transit.
