Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to take over the second bedroom in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment at Broadmoor Apartments in Henrico. Preferably Female. The current lease runs through October 8, 2026, and I’m hoping to renew for another year beginning October 9th, so I’d love to find someone looking for a longer-term place to call home!
