Hi! I am renting out a large private bedroom with an attached half bathroom in a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment from September 1 to September 30. Anyone wishing to stay after September would need to renew the lease with the apartment management. The apartment includes: Spacious furnished living room Full kitchen and dishwasher In-unit washer and dryer Free parking in the apartment complex About a 5-minute walk to Lynnwood City Center light rail Bus stop directly in front of the apartment 5–7 minutes’ walk to Fred Meyer, McDonald’s, Taco Time, and other nearby stores Rent: $1,100, including utilities. The actual monthly rent is higher, but I am offering it at a reduced price because I am moving to Canada. The room will mainly be unfurnished, but I am planning to leave the bed, bedding set, and standing clothes rack for your convenience. Other furniture may also be available, so please let me know if you are interested.
