Decent sized 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a large living room. The middle room that connects to the main hallway allows easy access to the shared bathroom. I have a cat, so hopefully, you're not allergic. The bedroom is somewhat furnished. It comes with a large dressor, and I have a spare twin sized bed if needed. Brand new HVAC unit, so the AC works miracles during the summer. Gas heating. We currently don't pay for utilities. I pay for the internet. Playground just outside, large park just behind the building. Is located in a nice quiet part of town. Within walking distance to just about everything. Hospital across the street. Living above a business that's shutting down soon. Washer and dryer downstairs used by 1 other Tennant of the building that's a relative. Room is currently being used for storage but can be easily cleaned out as it's only a few totes. Hardwood floors easy attic access. I work nights and sleep during the day. The living room is partially furnished, too. I have a couch and a few things in there currently. I work mostly 6 days a week.
