Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood off the 148th Ave main drag, in close proximity of tech row (Microsoft, etc.), within walking distance of bus stops if you don't own a vehicle. Rent of $1,050 (plus $500 security deposit) includes everything: electric, water, sewer, and wifi internet. Room is unfurnished, but modest furnishings available at no cost. Shared bathroom (read that again), kitchen, and laundry room. Street parking always free. Quiet time between 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM. House has 3 other occupants (including myself), all employed full time, mostly introverted, but fairly easy going. We prefer the same. This is a quiet drama-free living space and we intend to keep it that way. Absolutely no smoking and no chronic alcoholism or drug use. Vaping okay, edibles okay. Background check via TransUnion Smart move required, at your expense. Automated inquiries ("Is this still available?") will be ignored, and disqualifies further inquiry.
