Hi, we have a spacious, bright room w private bathroom to rent on George’s Road, close to Rutgers Cook campus in New Brunswick. Rent is $1200 per month plus share of utilities (about 125 per month). Must sign year lease, w extension possible. We are two male Rutgers students, both 28, friendly but not party people, in environmental science and psychology. Prefer grad students, advanced undergrads or young professionals, whatever gender. Must have verifiable steady income (eg., fin aid, scholarship, job). Non-smoking, no illegal substances or activities; respectful and responsible. House is furnished and equipped. Laundry in apt. Room can be either furnished or unfurnished.
