Room for rent with bed and tv

Hi all, I’m a single father to a toddler and looking to rent the master bedroom in my apartment. I live in a two bed two bath apartment in Corona, Ca. The master has its own bathroom connected to the room and kitchen access. I do have a daughter so I’m only comfortable renting to college students or other single parents/ parents. The place has washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC, and you’d have a covered parking spot. The rent would be 1355 in total.
