Looking for a roommate

We’re looking for a roommate to rent one of the bedrooms in our comfortable 4-bedroom home! My wife and I are seeking a responsible and respectful roommate for a minimum 6-month lease. Utilities are separate from the monthly rent. We also share our home with our friendly 5-year-old Goldendoodle. He’s well-trained, loves people, and is hypoallergenic, making him a great companion.
