Hihi, looking for (preferably) female roomate:3 Master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a double vanity, spacious walk in closet, and a walk in shower. Utilities: wifi (At&t fiber) and energy, are split equally between household. All other utilities are included in rent.
Shared spaces are furnished. We also have a balcony. The complex is new 5 minutes away from the Waterford Plaza. Publix/Wawa within walking distance.
