We’re both gay men and are looking for someone who is respectful, reliable, extremely clean, and fun to be around. We’d love someone who enjoys hanging out at home from time to time and is LGBTQ+ friendly. Details: * 📍 Located in South Philadelphia, right across from Mifflin Square Park (near the stadiums)
* 💰 $900/month + 1/3 of utilities
* 🗓️ Move-in date: October 1
