Private bathroom, beautiful 1879 square foot home. All utilities included. I’m 72 I’m looking for a female 50-70. Non smoker, no pets. I have 2 miniature dachshunds and 1 cat that lives at the other end of house. I have a boyfriend that visits Tuesday, Thursdays, Saturday through Monday morning. Month to month rent $ security deposit for any damages or repairs. The house has to be left in the same condition as moved in.
