Hi everyone! I’ve recently secured a unique 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Chiswick Road in Brighton/Boston and am looking for a roommate of the same age group (single occupancy) to occupy the second bedroom (marked on the layout).

The Apartment & Amenities
Rent: $1,250/month (Heat is included!)

Utilities: Electricity and Wi-Fi will be split 3-way.

Move-in Costs: First and last month’s rent (No broker fee).

Layout: A unique two-level layout featuring a private entrance and a front patio perfect for morning coffee.

Bedrooms: Equal-sized rooms, giving both sides equal private space.

Furnishings: The apartment and bedroom will come unfurnished. I will be furnishing the shared kitchen and living room with essential basics to start, and we can discuss additional shared items together based on what works for everyone.

Laundry: Coin-operated laundry available in the building.

Transit: Located right at the Green Line B stop (Chiswick Road station), making commuting very convenient.

About Us
I am a 31-year-old postdoc at BUMC, and my partner (28) will be joining me from India later in the year. We are clean, caring, and value personal space, but we’d also love to build a warm home and be good friends with our roommate.
